It's more than a Sunday thing
St. Thomas the Apostle is a parish that is located in the heart of Dallas' urban life. Our people come from all walks of life and almost every denominational background. One thing we all have in common is a desire to be a community. In many ways we are very representative of the Oaklawn and Love Field communities that surround us. We also have our share of faith people from other areas of the city. Some even drive in from the Mid-cities. You will find a welcoming place here.
As a gathered community we are active in many things outside the life of the parish. From feeding the homeless at the Austin Street Shelter in downtown Dallas to walking in the Dallas AIDS Lifewalk we do stay busy.
Inside the parish, there are a variety of ways for you to participate in the ministry of St. Thomas. Altar Guild, Daughters of the King, Acolytes, Eucharistic Ministers, Social Committee. They all need your help.
